Beef ribeye

The ribeye comes from the upper rib cage area and is therefore full of flavor and is tender. This cut is often marbled, meaning that there are layers of fat throughout the meat making it well suited for slow oven preparation and grilling.

Our ribeyes are available from both veals and full grown cattle.
